This has been happening to people randomly lately. There does not seem to be a clear pattern as to when or why. Is this your watch or your phone. I think it's mostly happening with the watch. Samsung blames Google updates and I don't know who Google blames, but it wouldn't surprise me if Google was interfering as they seem to be forcing Google apps as a default, not a choice on newer devices.
