I am having issues printing from my S24 Ultra. It runs Android 14 and One UI 6.1 on the T-Mobile network. Whenever I try to print from the phone I get the message 'Print Spooler. Printer error (print job name). This pops up 4 times, immediately after sending the print job.
I have done some Googling and it talks about clearing the print spooler, which I know for the PC but I cannot find the option on the phone. I thought it might be an issue with the printer being set up wirelessly so I now have it hard wired to my simple home network. I am still having the same problems.
Any information, ideas, thoughts, or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am tired of handwriting the form I need to print for work every morning. Thank you all for the time! Have a wonderful day!
What kind of printer are you printing to, and do you have the specific printer software installed on your phone? Usually that software solves connection and print issues. Most of the printer manufacturers have software . Good luck
