Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

I think Iā€™m gonna wait it out for a few days before I take any action. They undoubtedly know about this, it's probably just a matter of time before they withdraw that update and send us one that's not so buggy. At least, that's what Iā€™m hoping for.

Same here with Verizon. They told me I needed to do a hard reset. I'm not going through all of that.

No, I wouldn't do that either. The problem is with the buggy update, NOT our phones, so doing a hard reset wouldn't fix the problem anyway.
