I figured it out by asking that question in Chrome. I'm not *tech-dumb* and am proud to say I've been to school for this stuff....lol
As we know tech changes by the second.

I've been having, let's just say, *issues* with my printer and it's doing a number on my nerves. Some of the trouble shooting involves getting into the system apps and I couldn't find them on my new phone. It's not enabled until you do it I guess.

So I did some digging online and found the solution. I had to get into the apps screen and enable them. But where do I do that? I thought I would keep searching before I threw my new phone at my printer.

Well if you have this problem on your new S24, here ya go.

Most online *fixes* didn't tell you the step I circled.

Thought I would share this in case anyone else is about to throw their phone at their printer.

Sorry about the asterisks. Makes my screen a bit brighter.....lol

It has, but you have to find the option to enable it. I didn't know it was on the *sort* menu.

This comes in handy when you need to clear cache in a system app to fix issues.

Here's a method of clearing the print spooler on an Android device:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Scroll down and tap on "Apps".
  3. Find and tap on "Print Spooler" or "Print Service" in the list of installed apps.
  4. Tap on "Storage" or "Storage & cache".
  5. Tap on "Clear cache" and then confirm the action.
  6. Optionally, you can also tap on "Clear data" to remove any stored print jobs or settings (note that this will reset your printer configurations).

This should clear the print spooler on your Android device. If you're unable to find the "Print Spooler" or "Print Service" app in the Apps list, you can try searching for "Print Services" or "Print" in the Settings search bar.

step 1 - scroll down to "print spooler" in your apps list and touch it to open it.

step 2 - scroll down to "storage" and touch it to open it.

step 3 - in the lower right corner of the "storage" screen, touch "clear cache" to clear the cache.

im not really sure how embedding screenshots works on mobile, or if youre even still trying to figure this out, but if you are, i hope this helps.
