S24 ultra sim card problem

My 24 ultra Sim card has been working weird, it only works with wifi and when I turn off wifi it says emergency calls only

Either your SIM isn't working or there are service issues.

Have you restarted your phone? Reset mobile network settings?

I took the Sim card out and put it back in, I also restarted my phone too.

Verizon had a nationwide outage this week. Your SIM may have been affected. You should contact them to try to figure out what's going on.

Try resetting mobile network settings first.

I did, they guy said he had another customer that had the same problem, he said it's most likely a bad Sim card.
