(S24) "Photo and Video" app keeps crashing, unable to link pictures in Chrome or Gmail

This may be a new issue

When trying to insert Photos in Gmail or Chrome or other apps, I am told that "Photo and Video app" keeps crashing

The problem is that the app cannot be found in the phone, it does not appear to be the camera app, or either Google Pictures nor Samsung Gallery

I tried to link a picture to this issue but again, got the error message

Try deleting your CACHE on that specific app.

Go into settings then APP$ then find the app you're having trouble with.

Go into the STORAGE menu and then clear the cache. Just don't CLEAR DATA

It won't be the end of the world but it'll remove the history and everything since you installed the app

I found a solution I completely disabled it it's a malware app. I tried that above as well, and it didn't work.
