S24+ option to "Move Contacts" missing from settings

Samsung Contacts app 15.3.45

I have 3 Google accounts connected and of course the phone storage. My issue is that the ability to move a contact from one storage location to another is not there. When I click on the hamburger menu --> Manage Contacts, the Move Contacts option is not there, see screenshot. How do I get that option to show up?

They may have taken out in that version of the software.  My contacts software is 15.1.98 and I have that setting.  You might try importing the contact(s) in question to the storage location you want and then deleting it from the location where you don't want it.

Same version 15.3.45 and I have that option.

Did you have it before ???

I honestly don't know when it disappeared or if I ever had it because it wasn't until recently that I had the need to move a contact.
