S24 haven't received Google Play system update

I have a question, is it normal for my Samsung S24 ultra to update the Google Play system? The last one I have is from August. I don't know if Samsung has to do with that or my operator, which is T Mobile United States. I received the UI 8 Android 16 update, but not the Google Play system update yet. Sorry if you don't understand me well. I'm using the translator. Thanks in advance if there is anyone else with the issue.

Ok thanks I thought it was the only one the last time I received it in August it was around September 8 but my cell phone is working fine thanks and sorry if my spelling is bad I'm using the translator I don't speak English thanks 🙏

Google pushes these updates and they are slow sometimes releasing them

Your welcome It seems to be something with Android 16 UI8 because some devices have received a updated version.

Device got updated Google security to Aug and then updated to UI8 

and some are 

Devices with the UI8 before Google released it still haven't received it.
