I have a Samsung S24 Ultra which has received the 8.0 update and the one of the issues Image having is the gallery when it comes to picking a video. it won't let me simply tap or hold on it to view it, when I do the whole screen flicks up or down. However when I turn my phone sideways it works just fine.Anyone else having this issue?
Have you tried clearing cache partition? After receiving a system update, it is recommended to follow the "Best practices" procedures in the link below. Files can get corrupted after an update, causing strange behavior.
