Galaxy S24I've been keeping documents on my phone for a very, very long time and update them periodically from my hard drive without a bit of trouble. However, since the latest update (S921USQU4CYI9) on Sep 25, 2025, I've been unable to do it. When my phone is plugged into the computer, the computer reads, "This folder is empty". This make no sense to me.

Galaxy S24Thanks for responding. However, your solution did not fix the problem. My computer knows the phone is connected. But it still reads, "This file folder is empty". Any other suggestions?

Galaxy S24Yes, I had the same "This file folder is empty" message on my computer with auto blocker disabled. Yes, I tried using a different USB cable and port. No, I cannot see any files in any of my phone's folders from the computer.
I have been transferring files like this for many, many, years without a hiccup. My problem started after I downloaded the latest phone update Sept 25th. So my gut is telling me that had something to do with it.
I use these files almost daily, so it's imperative this issue gets solved.
Appreciate the help.
