Hello Faap, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your concerns with your device system not responding and continually asking for an update. Clearing the cache is kind of like a cleanse for your device. It will remove residual files that could be causing the issue.
To clear the cache partition on your device: power off your device, press and hold the volume up and power button together at the same time, once the Samsung logo appears release the power button, select the Clear Cache Partition, and reboot your device as normally. Try your device in Safe Mode to ensure a third party app is not causing the issue: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/safe-mode-on-your-galaxy-device
If you are still experiencing your device showing system not responding then we would recommend performing a factory data reset, please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset:https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002030/
If factory reset does not resolve the issue we recommend sending the device in for service: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/
