Does anyone have an idea,
I have an S24 Ultra 512GB.
Only 100GB is used, great wifi signal,
mediocre data signal & cared for like a newborn baby!
It recently started to significantly slow down.
Anyone have a potential reason or a possible fix?
Thank you

Hi, there! Have you performed these steps for routine maintenence?
โ Follow Samsungโs Best Practices Guide
In particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth.
See the guide here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar...
โ Use Samsungโs Good Guardians
Download Good Guardians and run its various modules. These modules optimize performance and can identify unusual behavior. App Booster and Memory Guardian specifically will likely be helpful in your case.
Download Good Guardians here: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp
If you perform these steps and your device is still not performing as expected, it is possible that you have a particular app or utility that is running in the background and consuming a lot of memory. If this is the case, identifying such an app and removing it should help improve performance.
Hope this helps!

It's still running super slow.
I don't have the latest Android update.
I'm running on S928USQU4CY19
Hasn't updated since - Sept. 29
I've "heard" that's because I don't have a Physical sim card.
Verizon recently (4-6 weeks?) changed my 1 PHYSICAL SIM card to 2 eSIM?
I don't know if that's an accurate reason,
but I've run through all the steps above +.
I have a super strong Wi-Fi signal, and a mediocre Data signal, but it's always been that way so I doubt my connection is the reason.
All my apps are set to use both WiFi & data anyway.
