Removing AI sticker

After the recent Android update, there was an AI sticker icon on my keyboard that I can seem to remove/disable. (I don't want to use GBoard) I think I went through all the necessary settings to disable but to no avail. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Gboard is googles alternative! Seems ok.

This doesn't work anymore.... NOW if you try to move the **bleep** AI sticker icon, when you open your emoji menu, it scrolls all the way to the right to show it.  It's **bleep** things like this, which is why I didn't get an Apple.  Now it appears that the Android DEVs are following the same, **bleep** pattern...
