So I went to pick up my phone after leaving it charging overnight; first it had a yellow danger sign which left me confused because I thought I had an app opened in pop-up view; so I restarted my phone; come to find out it's damaged (which is confusing considering I haven't dropped my phone in about 2 weeks and the screen is 100% intact so there's little to no reason the screen should be this way. This is very annoying considering that corner is where I check my battery percentage and it's very annoying. (Edit/Update: it's not damage because when I use my AOD it disappears. Now comes the question which is what COULD it be?)

For reference: (Samsung Galaxy S24+ on One UI 7)

I can understand, this is annoying, but charging the phone overnight is not a good option, though. There are two aspects:

Maybe it would have happened because you were charging the phone overnight, and due to the heating, it showed you the danger sign.

But, also new mobile phones like Samsung Galaxy S24+ have this special feature which doesn’t take the charge when its 100% even if the button is turned on. As experts say, it is highly suggested that we should not charge the phone after it is 80 percent and not use it under 20 percent, as this keeps the battery healthy.

Due to this, it is hard to decide why the sign appeared in reality.

I have the auto Protect Battery feature on, plus this wasn't a heating problem, it's some stupid popup thing that won't disappear even in Safe Mode. It even switches to the time corner sometimes
