Quick panel buttons in wrong places

It happens when I open the quick panel, it happens like once every other day, the buttons have the wrong placement and when I try to fully expand the buttons it won't fully expand

Try clearing the cache in One Ui Home.

Go to settings, apps, type One Ui Home in the search box, open it, go to storage and clear cache.
