Purple oval on screen after the newest update.

I have this weirdly perfect long purple oval on my screen thats only mostly visible when on whiter screens. This was never here before and only showed up after the latest update. Is anyone else having this issue? My battery never overheated, no damage or anything, only showing up after the new update and its irritating. Anyone else experiencing this? It's not screen burn in either cause i never leave my screen on one thing and nothing that would cause a perfect long oval like this.

You should take your phone to a Samsung authorized service center for inspection. That looks like a physically defective screen.

That's the strange thing though, it was never there but after the newest software update now its there. Im nervous about the repair cost cause im broke and will have to pay a lot of money for something that only happened after I did the software update. And just to clarify its not an all white screen like that, i just zoomed into a white picture so it was easier for the camera to pick up lol

I had a similar issue for a few months now. Same boat. Don't wanna pay out for a repair/replacement

I have the same thing in my S24.  It is there when the screen is off, black, too.   It doesn't appear in the photos, so it is not in the lens, but is there in the background, always centered, when I scroll through photos in the Gallary.  It is also there when I just search on Google, so it is in the front screen.  It is more like a finger, being rounded at the top, but flat along the bottom edge of the screen.  It is almost exactly 1/3 of the width.  I have an official Samsung repair store nearby so will take it there.  Thanks for posting this so I know it is not just me.  I'll let you know what they say.
