Hi. I ordered through Samsung shop app - Samsung s24 ultra 1TB, payment got deducted and order went through,

After an hour, got an email that order got cancelled for some reason and now I cant use my vouchers. 

No specific reasons mentioned. 

Did anyone find a fix?

I'm struggling figuring out what to do myself. I was on here all night trying to sort this out.

I'm sorry your dealing with this. The most issues I've had with their customer service was that they all told me different information.

However if its a delivery time issue they usually ask for my order number and make sure they expedite it. That's what they chose to do when I had to cancel and re-order.

I agree with XoNyshaox I always order directly from the Shop app & have received my phones on time or earlier. I preordered the 24 ultra as well advised delivery date of the 31st. No changes from them as yet. If you give them an order number they will usually try to expedite it. If you are going to go somewhere else use BestBuy as in NYC they do offer some extra deals. It's best to get an unlocked phone much less bloatware. Will check if my delivery date has changed...don't know why but Samsung.com does operate slightly differently than the Shop app.

Agree about the unlocked.

That is the sole reason that both in 2022 and now in 2024, I went to samsung.com first.

In 2022, I received my phone phone from Verizon on time with the two week wait they promised but with the bloatware - this was after I cancelled (by way of bank cc reversal) my Samsung order after 30 days of delays from Samsung .

I was using the samsung.com web portal and not the Shop app, so maybe Samsung pays more attention to app users.  However, I could not log on to my portal from the app on my S23 Ultra and that is why I went back to the web site.

@userS23Hcny6th you installed the Shop App & couldn't get your order through? Doesn't sound right. The app is so easy to use vs the website a totally different experience.

Also it could be the 1TB possibly they didn't manufacture enough of them..

I agree.

That was my thought also in 2022 because Verizon did not offer the 1 TB model, only the 512GB as they do now.

BUT, that does not excuse Samsung from not accurately giving a idea of the actual wait time so someone can make the decision of whether to wait longer for the 1 TB or buy the 512 GB AND from whom - Samsung  unlocked or Verizon.

Agree with you... but if this is the website we are talking about it is quite different & more frustrating than using the Shop App. Try to always get an unlocked device free from excessive provider bloatware. Besides, there are a lot of things you cannot do with Verizon. i.e. Samsung Cloud WiFi & airplane mode for data & calling. Just some things to mull over.

Hi, I have used the Shop app and made the purchase. Delivery says tomorrow 24th January however today is 23rd and the order still says order confirmed & acknowledged. So how will they dispatch and have it here at my house within the next 24 hours or so. It just does not make sense that it's been sitting on processing since the launch date on the 17th January.

I think Samsung is overwhelmed and doesn't have the proper personnel at this juncture to give the correct information. Do think it has to do with inept training. Am not certain where these orders are now being handled from...most likely an outsource. This was not how Samsung operated previously. Sometimes the processing just stays that way even though the device has been shipped. In the past I have received my shipments earlier than stated or exactly on time. Going to check my order now ordered same day as you will advise
