I don't have a job or any power. If your friend got banned, it was not for mentioning Apple. They must have been rude to other commenters or totally disparaged Samsung, which is against the TOS. Take a look at the hundred of posts mentioning Apple, comparing Samsung to Apple, requesting features that Apple has. Do a search for Apple mentions.
