A couple of days ago my s24 stopped accepting a full charge. It will only charge to about 52%. I've tried various Chargers I'm not having issues charging anything else. My last update was about a week ago so it doesn't line up with that.

Any suggestions on what could be causing this or how to resolve it?

Is it possible that Battery Protection is on and the particular settings and how they interact with your charging habits are preventing you from getting a full charge?

Have you performed these steps for routine maintenence?

☆ Follow Samsung’s Best Practices Guide

In particular, clearing device cache is an important practice in order to clean up junk files and keep things running smooth. Various errors can sometimes occur and are often resolved by this method.

See the guide here: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar...

☆ Use Samsung’s Good Guardians

Download Good Guardians and run its various modules. These modules optimize performance and can identify unusual behavior. In particular, the battery modules may be able to help identify what's happening.

Download Good Guardians here: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp

If you cannot identify any software related cause, you may need to visit a certified Samsung repair center to fully diagnose the issue and have any required repairs completed by a certified technician.
