Because you haven't done a cart wheel, then a hand stand, then proceeding to walk on your hands for at least 10 feet without tipping over, if you manage to do that then the last thing you need to do is a backflip. Once you completed that Samsung might think about giving you the update to you in a week or three.

Everyone with a Samsung since the S8 has One UI.

The OP didn't specify which version.
