Galaxy S24Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.
This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!
Usually, we try to include the following information:
- Date ordered:
- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):
- Unlocked or Carrier variant:
- Model, storage capacity, Color:
- Did you trade-In:
- Estimated delivery date:
Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Galaxy S24According to Samsung's web site you do NOT have to call for an extension or ship your phone in prior to receiving your new phone:
You have 15 days to ship out your trade-in after your new product is delivered.
If you need more time, we'll still review the device if you ship it out within 6 days after the deadline. Since this is provided to all trade-in orders, you don't have to contact us to request an extension.

Galaxy S24Negligence or Fraud?: I purchased the Samsung Care+ for $115.20, the offer shows "Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss" HOWEVER the invoice only shows "Samsung Care+" which is advertised for $69! When you read the PDF associated with the $115.20 offer is does not even show the S24 series for the supported tier of coverage (so we have NO idea what the cost is and implicitly the S24 series is not covered) AND under "What is NOT covered" item #3 it explicitly states Loss & Theft ARE NOT COVERED! I contacted Samsung via chat and they stated that "Theft and Loss" would be covered. The issue that I have is that the WRITTEN CONTRACT supercedes anything that the support says or what the web site advertises. Samsung is negligent and deficient in their offer, "Theft and Loss" NEEDS to be in WRITING and the terms need to identify the S24 phones!

Galaxy S24Question: Can anyone explain how a crack screen cannot be charged as an ADH?
It looks like the S24 Ultra is in Tier 3, so there is a $149 deductible for theft/loss; $99 Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) deductible; $29 for a cracked screen.
