Galaxy S24I have a Galaxy S24 and am experiencing a lot of frustration trying to use the numeric keypad to navigate phone trees. A lot of these automated phone answering systems do not recognize the DTMF codes that the keypad is suppose to be sending when a numerical key is pressed. However, sometimes it does work fine.
I have placed calls to places like hospitals and police stations that handle a lot of incoming calls without issues, but when I call those answering systems I get no response when I try to navigate their phone tree with the numeric keypad!
Is there some magic place that handles the configuration of the DTMF codes on my phone? What gives? How do I get my phone to function properly?
P.S. I found a LOT of people, on the internet, using this same phone or other Samsung phones having this same problems!

Galaxy S24@EveningDarkstar DTMF codes are standard. There wouldn't be any configuration required on the phone.
Is it more than one phone answering system that is having issues? Or all with the same organization?
