For the last month or so I have had to continually set my notification volume level up to a reasonable level. I really have no idea rather it's updates or something else which is resetting my notification level to a very low setting. But, most of the notifications that come into my phone cannot be heard because it's volume is so low. I reset it to something reasonable, 50% or above, and the next thing I know it's set back down to around 20 or 30%.
The only routine I have set is for sleep and that turns on DND. What ever it sets up it should return to normal. Unfortunately Samsung is famous for resetting your database to factory settings. That's so frustrating! š¤¬
