Not receiving email using Samsung email

I've noticed that I'm not getting any mail from my Samsung email. People have tried to resend emails more than once, but nothing's happened. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

By Samsung Email, do you mean the app or an e-mails address ending with @userKHUJBda323fv.com?  If not from the Samsung domain, what provider is your e-mail?  Gmail?  Yahoo?

I figured it out. So apparently, I was out of Google storage, so I wasn't getting any emails because my storage was full
