Not receiving YouTube notifications

I have the Samsung s23 Ultra and the s24 ultra and I switch back and forth between them a lot. I did so just a couple of days ago and now either one of the phones will not get YouTube notifications. Yes I've checked everything three and four times on each phone, in the apps department and in the notifications to Department. I know everything is set correctly, is YouTube having a problem sending out notifications or could it be something else I'm missing? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Try restarting both devices, and clearing the cache in the storage always helps with response time.

Just my thoughts if you goto settings than app than YouTube and clear cache may help

Did that many times, did nothing. I just don't understand.
