Not Receiving Updates on the Phone S24 Ultra Since August

Ok, so I bought S24 Ultra unlocked in August, and the phone had June security update back then. Soon after, I received an August security update, but after that, nothing, nor October update, nor November, and I did not modify anything on the phone in a meanwhile. When I go to the software update, the third option about the last time when the phone is updated is grayed out...never had this kind of a problem before, so I am wondering what's the problem. I live in Europe.

It may have something to do with where your located at. I would reach out to the samsung support desk over there and your phone carrier company as well.

Use smart switch on your PC and check for any update. But you phone is supposed to be on November 1 security patch

Installed Smart Switch; I read that for many, it fixed the problem, but then all the options in the phone would be grayed in the software update section. Even that way, no new software was offered to me when I run the program.
