You either need to have a factory unlocked phone or be on T-Mobile, carrier unlocked will not be eligible. If you do not see the banner at the top of the Members app, banner 15/15 then you likely aren't eligible. I don't know if Samsung plans on releasing it to other devices or not. You also need to enroll as soon as the next release comes out as it fills up quite fast as there is a limit on how many downloads there are.
