I have my phone covered by AT&T's Protection Plan. So when I filed a claim to have my screen repaired they sent over the company YouBreakIFix. 2 days before today they came by and replaced the front screen but it ended up getting a dead pixel a few hours after and they also forgot to reseal the back. So I had to do another claim. They came back today and did everything mostly right except now my S pen doesn't work now. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ The s pens side buttons work but its a no go on the touch screen functionality.

Galaxy S24@sebxnev I would suspect that they didn't connect the digitizer or gave you a defective digitizer. I would contact the repair group for resolution.

Do not go to those places that are supposedly licensed by the manufacturer for repairing your phone they are all a scam most of the time all they do is get into your menus and take your information I tried to bring mine in for a screen replacement and told him I was going to leave the privacy lock on so they can't get into the menus and they wouldn't help me so I reported them to Samsung
