Galaxy S24What's everything? Apps can be redownloaded, settings can be restored from backup. You can do a selective restore of certain things - settings, contacts. Any personal files you will have to go into the My Files app and backup to the temporary cloud space or to a flash drive (which you should be doing anyway). Your photos should be backing up to Google unless you specifically went in and turned that off. They will come back soon after you log into your Google account after resetting your phone.
You may have to face the fact that a reset may be the only way if you cannot determine which app is causing this issue. Follow @Mujibar 's advice and download nice catch. It is really good at determining which app is at fault as long as you have the right settings on.
