Galaxy S241. Borrow a Verizon SIM from someone to get your updates. You'll have to do this every time you have an update. Or buy a Verizon prepaid SIM.
2. See if AT&T can flash their firmware on your phone. You would then be able to get updates from AT&T, but it would still be locked to their network.
3. Take your phone to an authorized service center to have them flash unlocked firmware, effectively making your phone a factory unlocked (U1) model. There will be a fee for this service. See this link to find a location near you:

Galaxy S24Example - in the attached screenshot, you can see that I have a factory unlocked (U1) model with T-Mobile carrier software. Even though there's currently no SIM installed in the phone, the carrier software dictates that updates (the non-bloatware version) are delivered via T-Mobile, on T-Mobile's schedule. How do I know this? I had to insert a T-Mobile SIM before I could download the first One UI 8 public beta build for my phone. Subsequent beta updates didn't require the SIM to be installed, but that initial verification of update server had to be made.
See the solution from @LongHiker in this post for more info:
