WARNING!
I'm putting this at the top to update and warn everybody not to make the mistake I did.
By basically shutting down Samsung Internet and clearing the website I wrote about i have now gone from 24+ hours of battery on a full charge to 10 hours of use per full charge. Please ask for advise on here rather than doing as I did and canceling stuff that I didn't know anything about. It's MY fault and everyone here tried to help but this is on me.
Thanks again to everyone who tried to help. I'll listen to people more knowledgeable than me rather than doing dumb stuff and trying this or that option.

UPDATE - I got rid of it by basically denying all permissions to Samsung Internet and can still use Samsung Internet but shut down alot of stuff. Everything else works fine.

Does anyone know the website address that begins with khmmfcceknnci and whether or not it is malicious? No matter what I do it reloads on WEBSITE DATA under SITES AND DOWNLOADS in Samsung Internet settings.

Has anyone noticed there is no http protocol listed for it like there is for the Google site below it.
I've tried everything I know and all suggestions but this is really getting me upset. I even un-installed Instagram.
