It's seems Samsung doesn't care about loyal customers. What's up with the updates? Thinking of going back to Apple.

@HoosierBoy do what you have to do. Don't pay attention to the negative posts. Some people like paying premium money for non premium devices....

What's up with the updates?  Samsung needs to finish getting the kinks out of it before releasing it.  They are not delayed in any way.  Other phone manufacturers already have Android 15 on them because they do not modify the O/S, Samsung modified the O/S and opens it up for customization, this takes time and the end result will be a version of Android 15 that is far superior, and is worth the wait.

As for Loyalty, try reading a contract for an iPhone.  Apple does not even transfer ownership to you when you buy one, because they don't trust that you won't re-wire it into an atom-bomb or something.  With Samsung, at least they see it as a product to be bought and sold.

Do you think Samsung is being disloyal to its customers because a stable release of UI 7 hasn't been released yet?

I am of the opinion that Samsung is loyal to its customers because they are not releasing a buggy product that might brick your phone. While Apple does release software updates faster, Apple also releases buggy software, and they wait for bugs to be reported before sending out a hotfix for something they broke.

Samsung sends the update to carriers, who then push it to your device. Samsung does not have the ability to send out hotfixes for bugs; you have to wait until the next software update for it to be fixed.
Wouldn't you rather have something that just works than something buggy?
