Losing cellular connection on Verizon network Galaxy S24

Periodically for some unknown reason I am losing my cellular connection to make and receive calls. And this also includes Wi-Fi calling. What's really strange is that I always show that I have a signal but when I make a call it hangs up immediately and with someone calls me it doesn't go through. A simple toggle on and off for airplane mode will fix it. But it's still a major issue because I will not realize I have no call connectivity until after the fact. Has anyone else had this problem. I'm on Verizon with the Galaxy S24 Plus

I have the same problem constantly, I have tried everything except a factory reset. I've reset network settings multiple times, tried every option in the mobile network settings, force reboot countless times, airplane toggle, etc. And just like you said, it'll work fine for a while but then start acting up again with no way to know that I am not receiving calls or messages until I get told in person that someone called me 6 times and it went straight to voicemail! Also on Verizon with galaxy A15... if you find a solution please share because I too have missed several very important phone calls and don't know what to do about it!

It could very well be a Verizon issue. There was a thread on Reddit where people were having the same problem and I believe they were all in Verizon

That makes sense, I have had to call customer support at least once every month since I have switched to them, over billing issues that for some reason they just can not go a month without changing the price and overcharging me for a service they fail to provide

Verizon having outages earlier not sure if fixed yet or when it will be fixed a new Sim cars I would suggest I can only guess if they reprovision phone when you called or just got the script

I have a new update. The connectivity problem did not go away it was happening periodically. Today when it happened again I walked into Verizon and showed the representative the problem. He was very familiar with the issue. He reprovisioned my ESIM card and he is 100% sure it will fix the issue. I will let you know if he's right.

Unfortunately I'm still having the problem even after Verizon reconfigured my eSIM card. They said they will swap the phone out for me for a replacement but I'm not going to do that. I really think it's a Verizon issue.

I just got back from Verizon. The guy put in a physical SIM card and he swears that will solve the problem. I have my doubts so we'll see.
