How to remove specific contacts when using share button in Android 15? I was able to do until Android 15 was forced on me!!!

Install Samsung's Good Lock app from the Galaxy App Store, then install the Home Up module found within. In Home Up, select Share Manager. Toggle off Show Direct Share.

That worked. Thanks. Google needs to make it available as part of the settings.
