Install apps from unknown sources is greyed out on my settings application. S24fe turned on and greyed out. This allows anyone with access either with my phone or remotelyto put what ever they want to on my phone. When they spoof my phone numberand make calls in order to make it appear that I've called someone. Email, text, share, anything includes a digital key too.

Galaxy S24@msi By default your phone is configured to block downloads from unknown sources. To install apps from unknown sources:
- Open phone settings
- Click on Security and privacy
- Click on More security settings
- Click on Install unknown apps.
- Enable the app that you want to use to download something from an unknown source.

Galaxy S24*When* they spoof your phone or *if* they spoof your phone? Are you expecting your phone to be spoofed? Spoofing your number has nothing to do with making calls *from* your device or seeing or installing stuff on your phone. That is hacking. Spoofing means that either someone cloned your number or is just using your phone number on their caller ID, so it looks like it's coming from you.
Which OneUI/Android version are you on? Can you share a screen shot of your setting where it's greyed out, because neither my phone with OneUI8/Android 16, nor my phone with OneUI5.1/Android 13 have a separate slider for "install unknown apps".
Go to security and privacy settings, turn on auto blocker if it's off and it will block installation from unknown sources. If you actually want to be able to install apps from unknown sources, or unofficial apps, return to the security and privacy settings/more security settings/install unknown apps and enable the apps you authorize to install from. This will override the auto blocker for those apps only. With auto blocker on, no one should be able to hack your phone to install anything remotely. Of course, if your phone does get hacked by a sophisticated hacker, they could turn the auto blocker off themselves.
