To change your Google Play country, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Settings > General > Account and device preferences > Country and profiles, then select your desired country and follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment method for that country. You can only change your country once every 12 months, and the change may take up to 48 hours to take effect. 

Steps to Change Your Google Play Country

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on General.
5. Tap on Account and device preferences.
6. Tap on Country and profiles.
7. Select the country where you want to add an account.
