Hello all. I am having an issue with my old custom ringtone. I am trying to put it on my Watch 6 from my S24; it's an mp3 file that is already on my phone, but in myfiles. I cannot figure out how to get it into the Samsung music app.
So it has been only in myfiles for over 15 years. Somehow it ended up being taken out of the setting under sounds & vibrations. I believe this is because there were duplicates & empty files that supposedly were the same thing, & I deleted all of those. I still see it in myfiles.
Does anyone know what to do? It's on my HP Windows 11 laptop, too. My phone is hooked up to it. I literally can see it. If only myfiles had a ringtone option somewheres...really dumb that it isn't there. Thank you!
My files has a ringtone folder. The watch dies not have a ringtone folder, and I do not believe that you can add a custom sound to the watch 6. If you are using a ringtone that was a system tone on any of your older phones, it would not be visible in the ringtone folder on your phone. Only custom ones you downloaded or added are visible.
