Galaxy S24 screenshot doesn't work

My phone is Galaxy S24 Ultra 

Recently I can't screenshot my phone .

It keep mentioning this app unable to get screenshot.

It used to work well. 

It cause by One UI Update?

Or other problems?

Help me

After minor update. This problem of screenshot not working hasn't fixed.
I may be factory Reset to fix it

Seems like Samsung no intend to solve this problem or make happy to their Galaxy user.
