My S 24 Ultra seems to go through spells where apps just minimize while I'm typing in them. These spells lasts a while then stop and start back again. If I had to guess I would think it's a memory related problem but I don't know. It doesn't seem to be tied to any specific app (it happened just now) but only happens when I'm typing and all I have to do is click the sideways hamburger at the bottom to reopen the app to where I left off with the keyboard still open on the screen. I usually use Google's keyboard and Swype but it also happens when I'm tapping.
