Fold 4 not eligible for trade in?

I went to check out the pre order for the Samsung s24 ultra but the fold 4 is not eligible?? Only the 3 and 5?

Right on. I was offered the same amount of credit for trading in my Fold 4 or my Note 10+ 5G. I'm choosing to turn in the Fold and keep my old Note.

They are accepting trade-ins, its in their other system, just not in the pre-order .

After Samsung failed on this, I went to my phone carrier and I'm ordering it through them. After an online chat they are now giving me $1120 in trade-in credit, and I'm paying $180 for the new phone ($5/month for 36 months). The extra color options on Samsung's site is not worth the aggravation of getting the unlocked version. I found with the unlocked version I was also waiting longer for OS updates and I couldn't video chat with my family, so it's actually better.

I'm going to be honest with you guys.  As a life long Samsung user (never had an iPhone or any other Android device), Samsung customer service SUCKS.  They'll tell you one thing and then do another.  Honestly the best bet is to wait either until tonight or tomorrow and we'll really know whether it's a human error or not.  If they actually don't remediate this, I will no longer be a Samsung customer and move onto Apple.  This is beyond unacceptable.
