Floating Notification Bubbles

I set up on my S24 Ultra where notification bubbles drop from the top of the screen . I want to stop this but I can't remember from where I set it up. I though it was somewhere in Goodluck but can't find it.

Does anyone remember where to go to set up / remove this feature?

On my S23+, it's under Settings > Notifications > Advanced settings > Floating notifications.

Clarification: These are notification bubbles that you can adjust the size, shape. They drop vertically to the bottom of the screen.
