We've had several tornado warnings this past week and I'm not receiving the sound notification for them. I checked my settings and they are all allowed (with a loud sound notification) but you can see from the screenshot from the most recent alert in notification history that they are marked as silent with the area unable to be interacted with. Anyone know how to change this?

I now have the OneUI7.0 update.

In your settings, make sure WEA is turned on.  Settings/safety and emergency/Wireless emergency alerts.  Tap the text and make sure allow alerts is turned on and choose which alerts you want.  They did appear to remove the app from the app list.  When enabled in Safety and Emergency, all the alerts you choose should come through with the default sound (there is no option to change it, not that you should if you could).  If you are not getting sounds, try clearing your phone's cache, and if that doesn't work, put in an error report. It should be enabled by default, but it might not be.  Also, make sure you do not have your system sounds muted, although the app is programmed to override any mute settings.  For good measure, also turn on earthquake alerts. They don't include them in WEA because most people are not in earthquake zones. But, if you turn it on, if you ever are in a zone, or your area gets one of the increasingly more common "out of character" earthquakes, you will get a warning.
