My s24 ultra has done this twice now; a complete lock of the phone. I cannot 'hard' power it off, it gets stuck with the screen powered on. Last time it was stuck on a blurred version of my home screen, this most recent time it was glitching and playing a super glitchy version of a youtube short over and over for about 2 full minutes. I tried powering it off, doing a hard power off, hitting every physical button it has, taking the pen out, plugging it in etc, but nothing works. Then it randomly turns off then turns back on like nothing happened. Extremely irritating when this happens at work, hopefully wont happen while im driving and need navigation. No idea really how to fix this besides waiting it out since that's been all that works. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Power off your phone, while the phone is powered off, press the power button and the volume up button simultaneously, when Samsung logo appears let go of the buttons. You are now in the recovery boot loader menu, using the power button for Yes and volume buttons for navigation, navigate to Wipe cache partition by using the volume down button, press power, navigate to Yes, press power, reboot press power.
I don't believe the super glitchy shorts on YouTube has anything to do with your problem as it happens to me on all of my devices. So I believe that's a YouTube problem with their shorts.
