Complete freeze on 24 ultra, borderline bricked.

My s24 ultra has done this twice now; a complete lock of the phone. I cannot 'hard' power it off, it gets stuck with the screen powered on. Last time it was stuck on a blurred version of my home screen, this most recent time it was glitching and playing a super glitchy version of a youtube short over and over for about 2 full minutes. I tried powering it off, doing a hard power off, hitting every physical button it has, taking the pen out, plugging it in etc, but nothing works. Then it randomly turns off then turns back on like nothing happened. Extremely irritating when this happens at work, hopefully wont happen while im driving and need navigation. No idea really how to fix this besides waiting it out since that's been all that works. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Sounds like you may have picked up some malware, possibly from a website or a "free" app. Go to settings > security & privacy > app security, and turn on app protection. Run a malware scan and follow the prompts.

I ran it but it didnt detect any malware ๐Ÿ˜•

Did you run a diagnostic? It's under settings > device care, or you can initiate one from the support tab of the Members app (see screenshot).

You may also want to try restarting in Safe Mode. If the phone behaves normally, you'll know a third-party app is causing trouble.

Like the poster above me said, it could be Malware or simply counterfeit software. I would go into settings and put on the setting that performs a restart everyday.

Its a good way to clear memory and keep your phone running at the optimum.

I haven't had a glitch since I enabled this option in device care.

This is not good advice if you are using wearables while you sleep. You will not get any snore detection data if you restart you phone every night. You will not be able to use snore detection, you will not get accurate data readings.

DO NOT FOLLOW THIS ADVICE if your wear a watch or ring while you sleep for snore detection.

You can follow this advice only if you do the restart while you are awake.

I do the weekly restart on saturday nights so i dont think its that
