Categories in Messages no longer working

Before the update, when you put a message in a category, it actually moved the message to that category. Now, it just copies the message to the category, but the message stays in the main tab as well. What's the point in having categories if you cant move your messages into the categories?

Click were I circle and it gives you the option to choose all messages or by group.
