You have to have purchase a Factory Unlocked device directly from Samsung to participate in the Beta. Iโve noticed some on T-Mobile that have also got it. In the past, to participate in betas, you had to have either an Unlocked device or T-Mobile. Sometimes, they even limit it to Unlocked devices only.

Whats your Model Number Sm-___U is Carrier Model or Sm-___U1 - U1 is Factory Unlocked

Okay, yours is a T-Mobile model, not Factory Unlocked, and it seems that only Factory Unlocked devices are currently receiving the Beta.
I would also suggest deleting that picture because it contains your telephone number and other important information.

It all depends on how many they decided to allow to join the beta and since it says no beta is available it appears your model wasn't included in this release. No one knows how many are allowed to join.

That is crazy that they only do unlock phone for the beta program cuz I have done it so many time and never had to wait cuz my phone locked i mean the last update I got it the first time using the beta program and my watch has the 8 and I did that on the beta program
