Can't call one iphone

My dad had an iPhone and now I can't call or text him. He says that he checked and my number isn't blocked.

I had the same problem and found that T-Mobile had some type of block activated. I asked them to release it and my calls and texts started getting through.

Contact your cell provider to see if they have something like this in place.

I also had this with vz ...it was a something funky on my plan ...took them a few but they fixed it

For awhile, I couldn't call anyone who had a specific prefix. I had to call the carrier. It took about an hour to prove it to them, and about 5 minutes for them to fix it.
