Although this may be true, an unlocked phone on AT&T can do beta the download. It comes from Samsung, not AT&T. Sakitect is an AT&T customer and was one of the first to so off the 1UI 7. Must be unlocked regardless of carrier. Sideload.

It really stinks if AT&T does not participate even with their locked phones. T-Mobile does. I was with them but had a falling out because they were not loyal to their customers. They only cater to new customers.
