Beta Sign up Still Broken

I posted about this once before after the beta first released. I keep getting this error message. I've made two different bug report tickets as suggested by someone from Samsung Support and both tickets got closed for supposedly not enough information although I wrote a very lengthy explanation and several screenshots.

Does anyone know why I'm getting this. My phone is a S24 Ultra purchased from Samsung the day it was available for pre-order. So my phone is definitely unlocked. It has a FirstNet sim card in it that it's always had since I got the phone. The phone has never been to another country nor was it purchased in another country.

Edit: I really lost all hope for this community. So many people replying...being very confidently wrong or just having no idea the topic and replying anyways. Why do people who have absolutely no clue about something feel the need to put their two cents in. There was ONE actually helpful answer, a couple good attempts and then just a flood of misinformed people.

Yes. It might take few to several hours depending on how busy he is. But He did reply me every time I sent him a PM.

I just messaged him, thank you. Hopefully he can help. I've been signed up for the past several betas but I don't understand why my phone won't let me sign up for this one. Other people don't seem to get it. The beta is available for T-Mobile and unlocked phones and I have an unlocked phone. I should be able to sign up but it obviously won't let me.

I've also already had a Samsung Support agent look up my IMEI and tell me my device is unlocked. He just couldn't help me sign up for the beta and redirected me to the Members app for a bug report that they were useless in helping me. SmartSelect_20241227_161213_Settings_1000010361_1735333934.jpg

The Android 15 / UI 7.0 full release is going to be launched with the S25 Series - January 22nd if rumours are correct (Release date should be around February 6th).
Only then the Android 15 / UI 7.0 update should start rolling out to older devices.

S24 > Fold6/Flip6 and so on.

You are getting the error message bevause the beta is only open to T-Mobile users. So, you also would not have obtained the beta legitimately, because you would not have been accepted for the test. If you have an illegitimate installation, any damage to your phone is on you.

Unfortunately you would be incorrect. If you read my other comments, look at the beta registration page or do a few seconds of research on Google, you'd find out the beta is for T-Mobile users and for unlocked devices. For carrier locked phones, yes you need to be on T-Mobile as all other carrier locked phones can not access the beta. But for unlocked phones, it's available for all carriers.

The very first line of the beta registration says, and I quote "* This beta program supports T-Mobile and unlocked devices only". I've also included a small screenshot from Sammy Fans...and I've also been told by a Samsung Support agent my phone IS unlocked and should work on the beta but couldn't help me with my exact issue on why my phone isn't working.SmartSelect_20241227_161755_Chrome_1000010362_1735334275.jpg
