Okay, well the issue may be carrier. To my information, only Samsung-bought and T-mobile is the only carrier that when locked is allowed to use the beta. So because you use AT&T, you won't be allowed to use the beta unless it's unlocked.

This device unlocking feature appears to be limited to T-Mobile customers in the United States. Furthermore, Samsung's beta program participant pool for the S24 series is quite restricted
